Anna and Raymond Hsu are seasoned veterans. Both were born in the restaurant
business. Anna’s family is from San Tung (Northern China) and had numerous
Chinese restaurants in Korea. Raymond’s family is from Shanghai. His
family too had a series of restaurants located in Hong Kong. Anna and Raymond
are the owners of Hsu’s and Pacific Rim Bistro in Atlanta, GA and AZN
Restaurant in Charlotte, NC. An exquisite talented culinary team led by Chef
Chiu supports Anna and Raymond.
